I checked Bartrum (300-1400) for this marriage. The relevant entry is at Tudur Trefor 42, where Iorwerth ab Einion Goch ab Einion (living 1315) m. "Tibod d. Sir Robert Hammond [sic-RB] (see Edwin 10)". Under Edwin 10, we find that Angharad, poss. dau. of Cynwrig Sais Hen, m. "Sir Rowling o Ddyle, Arglwydd Corbett o Swydd Amwythig"; and their daughter, Elizabeth, m. "Sir Robt. Hammond of Pulford". The authorities for the various links here described are a number of Welsh genealogical manuscripts from the early 16th century (let me know if you want the citations).
There is only one marriage recorded for a Pulford, as such. Rhirid ab Iorwerth ap Madog (Ednywain Bendew 1) m. a daughter of Sir Robert Pulford (living 1240); among their children was a daughter, Tibod. So, assuming this information to be correct, it would appear that this name was of some antiquity in the Pulford family; thus, the fact that Robert Pulford and Elizabeth Corbet apparently had a daughter named Tibota doesn't necessarily mean that that was the one who married Henry Minshull.

Tibota married Henry Minshull, son of Richard de Minshull and Alice de Praers. (Henry Minshull was born in Minshull, Cheshire, England and died after 1342 in Cheshire, England 1437.)
