• Background Information. 141 Sir Giles Daubeney married, soon after 5 Jan 1358/9, Alianore daughter of Sir Henry de Willington, of Umberleigh, Devon, Poulton, co. Gloucester, &c., by Isabel, daughter of Sir John de Walesbreu, of Lamellen and Lancarfe, Cornwall. He died 24 Jun 1386, at Barrington, Somerset. His widow's dower was ordered to be assigned, 8 Aug 1386. She died 6 Aug 1400, and was buried at Kempston.

John Wilington's heir was his uncle, Rainald, said to be aged 70 on whose death s.p., 24 Apr 1355. The representation of the family passed to John, then aged 15, son and heir of Henry (d. 23 May 1349), and son and heir of Henry de Wilington, who was hung after Boroughbridge in 1322.
