• Dates & Events. 252 Alonso Rodr¡guez is mentioned in 1642 as Rodríguez Cisneros, twenty-three, as the son-in-law of Francisco Anaya, and in 1663 as the brother-in-law of Cristóbal and Francisco de Anaya, together with his wife, Ynez de Anaya, and their daughter Ana. Alonso Rodríguez in the soldier escort of 1658 is most likely the same man. Their daughter Ana was the wife of Captain Ambrosio Sáez.

• Background Information. 1375 The Spanish Colonial Settlement Landscapes of New Mexico, 1598-1680, pp. 153-154, "Francisco de Anaya Almazán held half of the encomienda of Cuarac (Quarai). His son-in-law was Alonso Rodríguez Cisneros, who seems to have been an encomendero of Las Human Pueblo in the 1660s."
Alonso married Ynes de Anaya Almazán, daughter of Francisco de Anaya Almazán and Juana López de Villafuente.
