Her father died when she was an infant, and she was raised by her grandmother Clémence d'Albon (also called Marguerite de Bourgogne). She ws married to Albéric Tailler de Toulouse, the second son of Raymond V, comte de Toulouse and Constance de France. Beatrix was three, while Albéric was only seven years old, yet he was the nephew of King Louis VII of France. After Cleménce's death, Beatrix mother, Beatrix de Montferrat becames the regency.
Alberic Taillerfer died in 1183, and Beatrix remarried in 1184 to Hugues III, duc de Bourgogne. Their children were:

Hugues died in the Third Crusade, and Beatrix married for a third time to Hugues I, seigneur de Coligny. Their children were:

Beatrix married Hugues III Duc de Bourgogne, son of Eudes II Duc de Bourgogne and Marie de Champagne. (Hugues III Duc de Bourgogne was born in 1148, died on 25 Aug-Oct 1192 in Tyre, Palestine and was buried in Cîteaux, Côte-d'Or, Bourgogne.)
