On 14 September 1805, Vicar General Millan Rodriguez recommended a dispensation on the condition that the prospective bride's father gave his consent, which was absolutely necessary because she was under thineen. On 17 September 1805, Bishop Olivares Benito granted a dispensatign on the basis of angusti loci and the prospective bride's poverty on the condition that her father's permission be obtained. The banns were to be proclaimed three times. Assuming no new impediment arose, the marriage could take place and the nuptial blessing be given. Baptismal Certificates 1.
