The children of don Lope, brother of don Gutierre "el de los tucos" became a powerful and prestigious house of the sturian nobiity. The house of Miranda, with it's origin from the illegitimate son of don Lope, Martí Vazquez de Quirós, married Ynes de Miranda and recived the lorship of Valecarazana.
Diego married Ysabel de Quirós, daughter of Juan Bernardo de Quirós y Quijada and Aldonza Ramírez de Guzmán.
