Matilda married Ralph Fitz Nichol, son of Nicholas Fitz Rogers and Sybil de Elmore. (Ralph Fitz Nichol was born in Hull, Nympsfield, Gloucestershire, England and died in 1290/1291 in England ¹⁴⁶¹.)
