She was killed, along with three of her children in the Pueblo Revolt of 1680. The three children were Juan, Nicolás and Dorotea.

Catalina married Pedro de Leyva. (Pedro de Leyva was born about 1614 in El Valle de San Bartolome, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva España ²⁵² and died before 1692.)
