She next married, as his second wife, Geoffrey Fitz Piers, Earl of Essex (by right of his first wife), Justiciar of England, 1198-1213, and son of Piers de Lutegareshale by Maud de mandevill, lady of Costow.

He died before 7 May 1204. His widow married, before 29 May 1205, Geoffrey Fiitz Piers, Earl of Essex. She died before 4 June 1225.
