". . .the reult in a Fine levied at Westminster in Machaelmas Term 1200. It purports to be between Richard de Clifford, Plaintiff, and Walter de Clifford, his Brother,-Tenant, of Corfham and Clyes and of Colmintion, and of Haye of Ernestrie, whereof was suit between the parties. Richard de Clifford now renouces all claim of himself or his heirs, and in favor of Walter and his hier. In return, Walter de Clifford gives to Richard de Clifford and his heirs, begotten of Leticia de Berkelay his wife, the whole Manor of Framton,-to hold of the Grantor by service of one Knight's fee."

Letitia married Richard de Clifford, son of Walter de Clifford 1st Lord of Clifford's Castle and Margaret de Toeni.878 (Richard de Clifford was born in Frampton-on-Seven, Gloucester, England and died before 1249 in England 1255.)
