No. Lucy was daughter of Sir Richard III de Willoughby, Chief Justice of the King's Bench d. 1362 and his first wife Isabel de Morteyn of Dunsby, Lincolnshire. Richard and Isabel had 12 children, 7 sons (Richard IV, Thomas, Robert, Nicholas, Hugh, Roger, William) and five daughters (Maud, Lucy, Isabel, Elizabeth, Mary). His second wife Joan de Charron (widow of Sir Bertram de Monboucher) was mother of a son Edmund. Richard had no issue by his third wife Elizabeth Valletort (widow of Richard de Tremenet and Sir Richard II de Champernoun of Modbury). Sources include Payling, VCH and Michael Bloom's much referenced Thesis (which I have not seen). Lucy's first husband was Sir Thomas Huscarle of Purley Magna by whom she had a son Thomas and a daughter Joanna.
Hope this helps.
