• Background Information. 93 31 Oct 1666, Edward Wright and Lydia his wife complained of Naomy Silvester executrix of Richard Silvesters, deceased, in an action upon the case of £50 for unjustly detaining of cattle and other goods delivered to the said Richard and Naomi for the proper behoof of their daughter Lydia. [The jury found for the plantiffs in the sum of £10 10s.]
