He married twice, and left two sons, Richard by his first wife, Joan (dead by 1293) and Robert by his second wife (Margaret). In 1293, Henry granted a pound of wax for the service of the high altar of Eccles Church for the soul of his wife Joan, and the souls of hier father and ancestors [Whalley Coucher, vol. iii., p.923] His second wife, Margaret, survived him and married Robert Radclyffe, son of Richard de Radclyffe sometime in or before 1305.
His son Richard, who was living in 1332, was succeeded by his son Henry. This Henry was dead by 1350, and the family estates were passed to his grandson, Sir Geoffrey de Worsley, son of Geoffrey. Sir Geoffrey died without legal heirs, and the manor then went to Sir Geoffrey's sister Alice, married to Sir John Massey.
