Dispensed, 3rd to 4th degree consanguinity, the excuse being that the bride was orphaned of her father, as also agustia loci (dearth of suitabe people), and the danger of her marrying beneath her status. Penalties: Groom to work personally for 15 days in building the church in Bernalillo, and to donate 1500 adobes for it, as well as 500 adobes for the church in Alburquerque.
