Captain Samuel Pickard was born Feb 1663 and married Elizabeth, daughter of Capt. Moses and Elizabeth Harris Bradstreet of Ipswich, 22 Jun 1685. She died and was buried 28 May 1686. He next married Elizabeth, daughter of Honorable Thomas Hale of Newbury, 31 May 1687. She died 29 Jun 1730, in her 62nd year. He married as his third wife, Sarah, widow of Maximilian Jewett. Sarah died 26 Aug 1771 in her 94th or 95th year. Samuel Pickard died 2 Sep 1751, in his 89th year. His will was dated 9 Apr 1739, was proved 30 Sep 1751, mentions his eldest son Samuel, sons Thomas, Moses and Joseph, and his daughters Elizabeth, wife of Thomas dickison, Mary, wife of Jonathan Dickison, Hannah wife of William Jewett and Jane late wife of Joseph Stickney.
