Anna Velásquez was an Native American woman who served in the large Domínguez de Mendoza household during the mid-17th century. She is also known as Anna Velasco, and was the mother of José Domínguez de Mendoza who became a captain in the military in New México.

Ana had a relationship with Tomé Domínguez de Mendoza, son of Tomé Domínguez and Elena Ramirez de Mendoza. (Tomé Domínguez de Mendoza was born in 1627 in Ciudád de Méjico, Nueva España ²⁵² and died after 1682 in Nueva España ²⁵².)
