Later, in Santa Fé, he married Mariana Hurtado. This took place on 7 Nov 1694. At the time he gave his age as thirty-four, and his parents names, Juan Gonzáles Vallejo, deceased and Ana González.

Ana married Juan López Vallejos, son of Francisco López de Herrera and María Tomasa Vallejos, Slightly Before 17 Jan 1659 in Nueva España.¹⁵⁹⁸ (Juan López Vallejos was born in Villa de Guelva, Sevilla, España ¹⁵⁹⁸ and died before 22 Feb 1705 in Acatzingo, Nueva España ¹⁵⁹⁸.)

Juan and Ana married sometime in January 1659 before the 17th, when the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Puebla de los Ágeles, recorded the marriage. In the record, Juan named his parents as Francisco López de Herrera and María Tomasa Vallejo. He states that he was a native of Villa de Guelma in Sevilla, España. Ana said her parents were Manuel Gónzales and Leonor Rosete, and that she was a native of the Pueblo de Acatzingo.
