Lora Picto married Sir Gerard de Braybooke, son and heir of Sir John de Braybrooke and his wife Joan, daughter of Walter de Weldebof, of Colmworth, Bedfordshire. Sir Gerard and Lora had several sons: Gerard, John Henry and possibly Richard and Simon. Sir Gerard was summoned for military service in Scotland in 1294 and 1322. Sir Gerard Braybrooke was aged sixty in 1324, whch would make his birth date in about 1264.
