He was living 22 and 30 Henry III, Inq. p.m. took place1 Edward I. Robert is a likely son of the Robert de Dunes who witnessed a Marple charter during the time Philip de Orreby was justiciar. This Robert was the father of John de Dunes, who died without issue, and Robert de Dounis, who was the heir of his brother John.
