As sole daughter and heir to Hugh de Audley, Margaret was the Baroness of Audley. She was only age 18 years at the death of her mother. She was the wife of Ralph Stafford, Lord of Stafford and Earl of Stafford. Margaret died before 1353. Her husband Ralph died 31 Aug 1872.
