Noted events in her life were:
• Background Information. 141 Thomas Dispensator gave to Stephen de Sebrave with Roese his daughter in free marriage a rent of 2s. in Burton', to them and heirs of their bodies. Hugh Dispensator confimed to Stephen de Segrave and Roese, sister of the said Hugh, and the heirs of their bodied, a virgate of land in Barwe in free marriage.

• Background Information. 141 Steven de Segrave married, 1stly, Rohese, sister of Hugh DespenserR, daughter of Thomas Despenser, and 2ndly, Ida, sister of Henry de Hastings. He died in 1241 at Leicester Abbey. His widow married, without licence, Hugh Peche. She died shortly before 2 March 1288/9, and was buried in the church of the Grey Friars, London.
