~Weis' Ancestral Roots of Certain American Colonists Who Came to America Before 1700, 8th Edition, 8th Edition, Gisele or Gisla of Luxembourg, was living in 1058, and was buried in the Chapel of St. Lawrence, Ghent. She married Rudoph I of Aaist or Alost, also called Ralph de Gaunt. She was the daughter of Frederick I of Luxembourg and his wife, a heiress of Gleiberg possibly named Ermentrude who was the daughter of Heribert I. ¹⁶⁰
