Roger, son of Henry and Alice, succeeded and paid 10s. for his relief and had livery 29 Oct. 1243 [Excerpta e Rot. Fin., Rec. Com., i, 408]. This Roger held lands in Dalton, Claughton and Over Kellet at his death in 1255. Roger's his son and heir, Henry was sixteen years of age at the time of his father's death. Of this Henry de Croft, little is known.
