To "Wife Sarah ye Profitts or Improvement of all my Land and marsh the great Room In my house where I now Dwell my best bed and furniture belonging to it two Cows and half the fruit of ye Orchard During the time of her Living my Widdow and In case she should marry again my will is that on my son Jabez paying her twenty pounds she shall quit all her Itight to all my Real Estate."
To "my Son John Pliinney the bed and bolster he hath already Received, my Cane and One third part of my Wearing Cloaths having Given him his part of my Lands Allready by Deed Executed."
To "my Son Thomas Phinney all my Coopers Tools and one third part of my Wearing Cloths lie also having had allready part of my Land."
To "my Son Jabez Phinney and to his heirs forever all my Land with the building thereon Reserving to my Wife as above said both Land and Meadow Wherever it my Lye I also give and bequeath unto my Said Son Jabez One third part of my Wearing Cloths my arms and all my husbandry Tools and Implements Whatsoever Provided he pay to his Mother fifty pounds for her Support if She Shall Call for it while she Lives my Widow."
