• Background Information. 713 Sir Robert Foulshurst of Crue, Knight, son and heir, born at Over Pever, at age 21 in 18 Henry VI, and living 14 Edward 4. He married Joan, daughter and heir of Sir Richard Vernon of Shipbrook, Knight, as well as heir to her mother Eleanor. Robert's obituray was dated 1498 and his inquisition post mortem took place in 14 Henry VII.
