Juan Francisco Gutiérrez, 35, single, a citizen of Belén, was the legitimate son of Juan Gutiérrez and María Victoria Salazar. Maria Concepcion Pino, 15, single, was the legitimate daughter of Bartolomé Pino and Antonia Josefa Torres of the Belen jurisdiction. The couple stated they were related in third and fourth degrees of consanguinity on a transverse line.
Father Álvarez questioned the couple. They stated that they were residents of the life-long area and were related to most of the people of their station in the area.
