Cokayne's Complete Peerage , (Aumale), Vol. I, p. 352¹⁴¹, Eustace I, comte de Boulogne was the father of Lambert, comte de lens en Artois who married Adeliz, the illegitimate daughter of Roert, Duke of the Normans and the sister of William the Conqueror.

Eustace married Maud de Louvain, daughter of Lambert I "le Barbu" comté de Brabant et Louvain and Gerbega de Lorraine. (Maud de Louvain was born in 922-1000 in Louvain.)
