Lorenzo Fernádez de Acuña married doña María Lorenzo de Maceyra, of very noble lineage, the daughter of Lorenzo Gómez de Maceyra, Lord of this House and the son of don Gómez Pérez de Maceyra, founder of the Monastery of Soto, and of doña Marina Páez de Barvaens, granddaughter of the founder of the Monastery of this name.

Gomes Paes married María Paes (Braváes) and one of their sons was don Lourenço Gomes de Maceira. The name of his wife is not known, but he had a daughter named Sancha Lourenço who married don Lourenço Fernandes de Cunha (Acuña),
