Randolf died before 13 Jan 1242/3. His wife Alice was living in 1259, and died before 11 Nov 1253. Randolf and Alice had at least two sons named Henry, eldest son and heir who died s.p., and Sir Henry Fitz Randolf.
Raldolf was the son and heir of Henry Fitz Hervey of Ravensworth, Cotherston, Hinton, &c. and his wife Alice, daughter of Randolf Fitz Wauter of Greystock.
