Antonio Martín Serrano, mestizo, was born in New Mexico around 1655/65 and was a rsident of la Cañada. He was described as "somewhat fat, with protruding eyes with much white showing, and having black hair and a black beard. His first wife was Inéz de Ledesma, native of New Mexico who died before Oct 1696.

Ynés married Antonio Martín Serrano, son of Luis Martín Serrano and Antonia de Miranda. (Antonio Martín Serrano was born about 1655-1665 in Nuevo Méjico, Nueva España.)
