Beatrice, the widow of Nicholas I, was in 1259 the wife of Alexander and Andevil and held in Kinstanton, Dorset, of the inheritance of her daughter Ela Malmains the wife of Robert de Plessy
[Hutchins, County of Dorset, 3:301]. Her daughter Beatrice Andevill was already married to Robert del Hoo in 1280 [Calendar of Inquisitions Post Mortem, 2:207, no. 374].
