Sir Fulk Fitz Warine of Whittington, Salop, Alveston, co. Gloucester, Wantage, Berks, and Stanton Fitzwarren, Wilts (who died 14 May 1264, being drowned in the Ouse, when endeavouring to escape, at the battle of Lewes), married Constance, daughter of Sir Ralph de Toeni, of Castle Maud (now Painscastle), co. Radnor, South Tawton, Devon, and Flamstead, Herts.
