Sir Helié d'Aubigné married Joan. He died shortly before 8 Apr 1305. His widow had livery of her dower and of the manor of South Ingleby, 12 May 1305, and licence to marry whom she would, 28 Apr 1306. She married Roland de Combar, a Breton, before 9 Apr 1307, at which date the said lands had been taken into the King's hand, because Roland had fled from justice when indicted of divers felonies.
