Sir John de Pateshulle, son and heir of Sir Simon de Pateshulle, was elected Knight of the Shire for Beds, July 1290. His wife was named Hawise. He died at some time in 1290. Five years later, and still in 1316, his widow was holding Pattishall in dower. His son and heir was another Simon Pateshulle.
