Grace was the daughter and coheir of Sir Nicholas de Hebden of Gosberkirk, Knight, and Katherine, daughter and heir of Beatrice de Rye, After the death of Sir Piers Tempest, she married, in 1421, Sir William Frank, Knight. Her elder daughter by her second husband was age 9 in 1431, when Sir William Frank died. In 1429, Grace and her second husband, Sir William, as coheir of Sir Nicholas de Hebden, were presented to the north mediety of the rectory of Claypole, Lincolnshire. She married, for the third time, to thomas Darcy and they presented to the same rectory in 1434. She was still alive in 1438, and dead by 1462.

Grace married Sir Piers Tempest Knight, son of Sir Richard Tempest Kinght and Isabel Legard.820 (Sir Piers Tempest Knight was born about 1391 in Bracewell, Yorkshire, England and died before 1421 in France or England 820.)
