Sir Richard heir to his father; who by Agatha, daughter and heir to Sir Roger Kyralon of Lardbrook, Knight, had six sons and two daughters. Ellen, the oldest married Richard Bold of Bold Lancashire, Esq.; Sir William the eldest succeeded his father in 1363.

Sir Richard, son of Sir William, was forteen years of age when his father died. He married Agatha, daughter and heir of Sir Roger Illerton,Knight. Their children were: (1) Sir William, (2) Richard, (3) John, (4) Thomas who was slain in battle, and married the daughter and heir of Alexander de Kennerdall, and left issue, a daughter and heir who married Ofbaldeston of Ofbaldeston, (5) Roger of Raynhull, whose grand-daughter and heir married to Lancaster.
