William Mascy
, son of William, to whom Alan, son of Alan of Tatton gave the lands in Tatton in return for a pair of white gloves yearly on the feast-day of Nativity of St. John the Baptist. William married Margery domin de Rosthorn. The Lord of Rosthorn was Hugh Mainwaring, and she was likely his sister, and the daughter of Robert Mainwaring. The children of William and Margery were:
