Henry, son and heir of Richard, was dead by 1350, and the family estates were passed to his grandson, Sir Geoffrey de Worsley, son of Geoffrey. Sir Geoffrey died without legal heirs, and the manor then went to Sir Geoffrey's sister Alice, married to Sir John Massey.
