On 20 Jan 1708, Rosa Manzanares and Vicente Garsía served as godparents of a Garsia child who was the daughter of Cristóbal Garsía and Isabel Romero. Cristóbal was a neighbor of Bentura de la Candelaria's widown, Ynes Gutiérres in 1750.

On 23 Feb 1710, Alonso García and Rosa Manzanares, along with Pedra Varela, were witnesses to the marriage of Juan de Ribera and Juana Romero. Cristóbal García, a 26 year old native of New Mexico and Lorenzo Cravajal, 40, of Bernalillo, were witnesses at the marriage investigation.

On 11 Jun 1711, Alonzo García and Rosa María Mansanares served as padrinos for Antonia Manuela Varela, the daughter of Cristóbal Varela and Clementa Ortega. Antonia Manuela Varela became the wife of Juan Antonio Candelaria, son of Francisco de la Candelaria and María de la Rosa's newphew.

On 20 Augus5 1716, Alonzo García, a resident of of Alburquerque, passed muster at San Antonio de Atrisco, with all arms, five horses and one mule, during the review of troops assembled for the campaign against the Moqui, along with his brother-in-law Felix de Candelaria, Captain Luis García and others.

On 4 Mar 1737, Alonzo García, Spanish, husband of Rosa Candelaria, died in Alburquerque.

From the Spanish Census of 1750:
Rosa de la Candelaria, mulata, 80, widow of Alonzo García; two servants: María Rosa, Indian, with three daughters: Bárbara 10, María 7, María Manuela 2; Josepha, Indian, with two children: Melchora 3, Juan Domingo 10 Months.

Jan 1707. Alburquerque, Alonso García and María de la Rosa Manazanares (Candelaria), whom he deflowered and wishes to marry. - Testimonies with don Pedro de Cháves as notary. Letter of Fray Pedro de Mata, 7 Mar 1707: Felix Candelaria had made complaint vs. Alonso García, soldier, living in his house with a sister of his named María de la Rosa Manzanares, whom he promised to marry after having two children by her. Consequently, the padre went to the house with the Alcalde Mayor Martín Hurtado and Don Pedro de Cháves, and they both said they wanted to get married, and the padre obliged then and there. Hence the Padre Custodio ordered the DM started, with witnesses Antonio de Silva, soldier, as notary, Antonio Gutiérres (22) of El Rio Abajo, Don Pedro de Cháves (30). The pair married again on 14 Jan 1707
