Antonio Martín Serrano was twenty-seven, in 1700, when he married Ana Maria Gomez of Guadalupe del Paso.

His second wife was Felipa de Villaviencio, widow of Gabriel de Ansures, and his third wife was Magdalena Sedillo, widow of Juan de Dios Martínez, whom he married in 1734.
