Isabel Holguín, daughter of Juan López Holguín and Catalina de Villaneva was married to Juan de Vitoria Carvajal. She was accused of trafficking in "magic roots" by the church in 1626.

The three known sons were Agustín, Gerónimo and Felis. A daughter of theirs was married to Don Fernando Durán y Cháves. Another likely daughter was Magdalena, wife of Domingo Gonzáles.
