Arthur, a native of Magdalena and longtime resident of Santa Cruz, was predeceased by brothers: John Jr. and Nep Torres.
Arthur was survived by his wife Beulah; 2 sisters: Mary Niles of Belen and Agnes Holden of Santa Fe; 2 sons: Robert of Española and Phil of Kemmerer, Wyoming; daughter Laura Garcia of Rio Chama; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives.
Memorial services were held on Jan 16 in La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada.
