Jacinta was the daughter of Diego de Guadalajara, and the wife of Felipe Romero, who had his homestead in the same Río Abajo area that Diego had his. She gave her age as twenty-seven in 1667.

Jacinta married Felipe Romero de Pedraza, son of Matías Romero and Isabel de Pedraza. (Felipe Romero de Pedraza was born in 1639 in Nuevo Méjico, Nueva España ²⁵² and died before 9 Aug 1695 in Santa Fé, Nuevo Méjico, Nueva España ⁴¹⁶.)
