Juan Antonio Baca, the second son of Manuel Baca and María Hurtado de Salazar, married María Gallegos at Bernalillo on 2 Aug 1716 [Roots, DM, p. 1716], by whom he had one daughter, Teodora. [Sp. Arch. I, #236b] He next married Petronila García Jurado, by whom he had two children: Juan Francisco and Rafaela [Sp. Arch II, 344, 592a] This Rafaela became the wife of Diego de Torres, and then of Baltasar Baca.
