Francisco lived in the Isleta jurisdiction around the middle of the century. He declared himself to be 50 to 54 in the years of 1661 to 1664, and a native of Santa Fé. He was the Lieutenant General for the Rio Abajo area, as well as Syndic of the Franciscans at Isleta. He wife was María López Millán, also nicknamed "la Maricota." Their estancia was on the site of the present town of Valencia. The county in this part of New México is also called Valencia.
