Ezekiel Turner as the son of John Turner of Scituate, and the grandson of Humphrey Turner, and emigrant to the American Colonies. Ezekiel's mother was Mary, the daughter of Jonathan Brewster. The earliest record of John Turner in New London is his marriage record to Susannah, daughter of John Keeny, 26 Dec 1678. He left one son, Ezekiel, and ten daughters, the youngest dying as an infant.
