Diego Domingo Baca was married to Juana Chávez in 1736. He was very likely the third son of Josefa Baca. Diego Domingo and Juana had twelve children. Of these children, Juana María married José Manuel Silva in 1757 and José Antonio married Victoria Ana Chávez in 1784. In the same year, 1784, Diego Domingo married his second wife, Antonia Montoya.
