"Urraca regina", signing directly after "Sancio rex", witnessed the 24 Nov 978 document recording the consecration of her supposed niece Urraca at the monastery of Covarrubias. She became a nun after the death of her third husband.

She first married, around 941, Ordoño de León, son of Ramiro II King of León & his first wife Adosinda Gutiérrez. He succeeded his father in 951 as Ordoño III King of León.

Her second husband was Ordoño IV "el Malo" King of León, son of Alfonso IV "el Monje" King of León and his wife Oneca Sánchez de Navarra.

Her third Sancho Abarca de Navarra, son of García III Sánchez King of Navarre & his first wife Andregota Galíndez. He succeeded his father in 970 as Sancho II Garcés, King of Navarra.


Urraca married Sancho II "Abarca" García Rey de Pamplona y conde de Aragón, son of García III Sánchez Rey de Navarre, Count of Aragon and Andregoto Galíndez Condesa de Aragón, circa 962. (Sancho II "Abarca" García Rey de Pamplona y conde de Aragón was born after 935 in Pampelona, Navarre, Iberia,488 died in Dec 994 in Iberian Peninsula 488 and was buried in Nájera in the church of the monastery of Santa Maria.)


Urraca next married Ordoño III "el Bueno" Ramírez Rey de León, son of Ramiro II "el Feroz Guerrero" Ordoñez Rey de León and Adosinda Gutiérrez. (Ordoño III "el Bueno" Ramírez Rey de León was born circa 926 in Iberian Peninsula 490 and died in 956 in Zamora, León, Iberia 490.)
