Wladyslaw married Judith of Bohemia, daughter of Vratislav II Duke of the Bohemians & his second wife Adelheid of Hungary. According to the Annales Capituli Cracoviensis [Boehmer, J. F. (1868) Fontes Rerum Germanicarum, Band IV (Stuttgart), Kalendarium Necrologicum Canonicorum Spirensium, p. 319], Jutdith died after to giving birth to a child.
