Sir Richard de Venables, baron of Kinderton, taken prisoner at the battle of Shrewsbury, and beheaded afterwards, 4 Henry IV at Walsingham, Sheriff of Cheshire 1386, Inquition after his death took place in 4 Henry IV. He married Isabel, daughter of Rawlin de Langton, baron of Newton and Walton, Lancashire, 8 Richard II. Their children were:

Jonet de Venables, wife of Sir Thomas Grosvernor of Holme in Allostock, ob. 8 Henry VI, 1429, after Jonet maried to Thomas Bothe of Barton.
• Hugh de Venables, baron of Kinderton, obitt 3 Henry V, inquisition after his death was in 3 Henry V. He married Cecilily who remarried Sir Ralph Radclyf.
• Henry de Venables, after the death of his grand nephew, was the baron of Kinderton, 1 Edward IV, 1460, settled his estate on William, son and heir of Thomas de Venables of Golborne, 3 Edward IV.
